Our Gilkey experience has been excellent. From the initial consult phase (Dave), to our install crew (Marcin & Adam), to handling payments (Cathy), it has been a smooth process that has resulted in added comfort in our home with great quality windows. We will be back for additional window replacements soon!

We have used Gilkey for several windows in our house and just had 7 installed and very pleased. Peter, Mykola, Mario, and Peter did an amazing job. The windows look great and they left the area cleaner than it started! I will continue to user Gilkey in the future.

We are returning customers to Gilkey Windows after having had Gilkey replace the windows and doors in our previous home 30 + years ago. Our salesman, Jason, did a wonderful job helping us navigate the process again. Matt and Shawn did a great job installing our doors and later returning to install our new storm door when we decided to change the old one out. Brandon and Brittany installed our windows and the sliding door on the sunroom. Both teams teams did a phenomenal job of cleaning up during the installation and at the end. We highly recommend Gilkey for new windows and doors.

We are really enjoying our new doors, especially the front doors!!! We can finally look out the front door to see who’s knocking….and I do not have to kick open the garage door anymore!

I could not be happier with the work of Marcin & Ziggy. They were courteous, friendly, but still professional and with great attention to detail. They certainly were hardworking; cannot believe they finished the job (5 doors) in less than a day and did not leave me anything to clean-up!!!! 👍 Marcin & Ziggy carried the GILKEY flag honorably!

We had a good (not great) experience with Gilkey. We are very happy with the doors we received. They look great, took less than a day to install, and have cut down from the cold pouring into the house.

It took a LONG time from order (Early September) to installation (Mid-January). Once our doors were fabricated, we were told we would get a call to schedule installation within "4-6 weeks." To be fair, that included the holidays in our case. During week 7, I finally called and they scheduled me right way, so I'm not sure why they never called me.

Installers were super professional, kind, and respectful. They took great care to make sure the interior of our home was clean of any debris. The doors are smooth, close nicely, and are clearly well-sealed to keep out the elements. The outside of the house has a few minor issues - there is some spray foam insulation sticking to our patio and the caulking was a bit sloppy on outside. I'm hoping that the foam comes up ok when I get to it this weekend.

Overall, we're quite happy. We would use them again. We would just double check the exterior a little closer next time. We would also call the scheduler sooner rather than waiting for a call from them.

Love that Gilkey offers so much customization. They always deliver quality products on the estimated time line. I compared several different door companies and Gilkey provided the most customization with the best price. Will recommend them to everyone again and again.

Everyone was professional and delivered and installed 7 windows including a big picture window which came out beautifully! The install guys, Marcin and Ziggy were great and did an excellent job in every phase of the project. I couldn’t be happier.

New patio windows installed today. The crew was great, Marci , Ziggy and Raphael. They were very polite, efficient and clean. Marcin was especially careful to make sure the color of the exterior was correct. I appreciated that.

The purchasing process was great and they worked well with us. The after order process could be better. The manufacturing of the door was on schedule. Once that was complete the installation took longer than estimated and I had to constantly reach out vs. them being proactive and keeping me informed.

Jay was very knowledgeable and great in explaining things about their window products. Install guys Marcin and Ziggy were excellent and professional. Took the time to explain windows features. Replaced 10 windows.

Highly Highly recommend Gilkey Window Company for your window replacement needs. This is our second time using Gilkey for our new windows, the first being about 5 years ago. Both times we have had excellent service from Gilkey. The service and attention to detail is top notch from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment for a salesperson, to the knowledge of the salesperson during appointment, to the gentlemen that came to measure the windows, and finally to the awesome installers (Marcin, Ziggy and Peter) who were efficient while also treating our home with the utmost care. The windows and the finished product are absolutely beautiful and as stated previously.......HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not be disappointed.

The installer for our door was fantastic. He brought his own plastic to cover our floors and furniture, he even had a little shop vac that he used every so often so he would not leave a mess. He worked very hard and made sure everything was correct and worked the right way before he left for the day.

Marcin and Ziggy were very efficient and did a great job on my mother’s house!

Our window installation team Marcin and Adam were amazing. First thing they did was to lay down carpet protectors throughout my house. They worked one room at a time all keeping everything clean by keeping the door closed. Because it was 20 degrees out it really helped keep my house warm by keeping the door closed. We ordered and paid for a textured window for bathroom shower area in August. Installation was 4 1/2 months later. Other than the long time period we are very happy with our new window. We had whole house windows installed about 10 years ago and have been very happy with the quality and style. However..getting a response from Gilkry regarding a repair on one window has been problematic. I have requested online 3x fir repair with no response. If you are not going to monitor online requests why do you have it?
